Best Western Carlton Hotel Blackpool

During our recent stay at Best Western, we had a fantastic time exploring the beautiful seaside city. The location of the hotel was ideal, just a short stroll away from the vibrant city center and the stunning coastline. The room we stayed in was comfortable and clean, providing us with a peaceful retreat after a long day of sightseeing.

The highlight of our stay was the exceptional service we received from the hotel staff. From the moment we arrived, they were welcoming, friendly, and attentive to our needs.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the friendly and helpful staff at the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The waitress from Greece made me feel welcome and recommended the delicious sticky toffee pudding.

The room had a pleasant view, but the carpet was grubby and the heat made it uncomfortable even with the windows open. The balcony/patio did not have any cover, so if it rained, you would get wet.

Everything was very good, I would definitely recommend. Unbeatable location, it was a good stay for two nights.

Loved our stay, had quiet 3 days overall. We had a full English breakfast, it included cereals, fruit and scrambled eggs and was amazing. Magnificent and favourable location close to Baptist Tabernacle Church.

The hotel is situated in a fantastic location right on the seafront, making it convenient for exploring the area and enjoying scenic walks along the promenade. The rooms are comfortable and well-furnished, with good facilities such as a comfortable bed and a refreshing shower. The staff members are friendly and provide excellent service, ensuring that our needs were met during our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and included a variety of quality ingredients, catering even to vegetarians. this hotel offers great value for money and attention to detail, making it a great choice for a stay in this vibrant seaside town.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always greeted me with a warm hello. I appreciated the thoughtful touch of receiving packages left by the cleaners. The hotel had a charming character and a lovely atmosphere. It was conveniently located near the center of town, allowing for easy access to nightlife, entertainment, and dining options. The breakfast provided a good selection of fried items, toast, tea, coffee, fruit juice.

We loved staying 4 nights here. There were first class staff and food for a very lovely stay. Easy access to Blackpool International airport, which was about 20 minutes' drive away.

The room was upgraded, bigger and with a window view. Good breakfast and helpful staff. Adequate rooms and everything worked. Pleasant and efficient staff. Nice communal areas with a great view of the shore. Convenient location.

The hotel's location was ideal - just a short walk to the Tower and conveniently opposite the tram stops. The room was clean and comfortable, with a great view of the promenade and sea. The staff provided excellent service, even offering a courtesy call to ensure our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a variety of options to choose from. The hotel also had ample parking and modern amenities in the reception and seating areas.

One negative aspect was that the initial room's toilet was not functioning properly upon arrival.

The venue was newly decorated, I liked the stay and the location was pleasant just next door to the attractions as well as a quiet area that was a short walk to the centre. The breakfast was plentiful, featured lots of meals. Don't forget to explore North Shore district. Booked it for 1 day and had a such great experience.

The bathroom was very dated, I didn't like it.

the room we were given was spacious and clean, with a huge bathroom that was a pleasant surprise. the location was perfect, with everything we wanted to see and do within easy reach. Plus, having on-site parking was a bonus, especially as we were able to leave our car there after check out until we were ready to leave the city.

There were a few things that could be improved upon. the breakfast was quite basic and could have had more variety.

I would return there with my friends. The hotel is fairly clean and the rooms are adequate.

Convenient location, close to attractions. Helpful staff, went above and beyond. Tasty breakfast and dinner options available. Enjoyable stay overall.
